Role And Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to determine job requirements, qualifications, and skill sets for both non-IT and IT positions. They will need to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Utilizing various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals is crucial to source and identify qualified candidates. Conducting initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit is a key responsibility. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders is required. Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by ensuring timely communication and feedback is essential. Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records is vital. Collaboration with HR team members to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires is expected. Staying updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices is necessary. Analyzing recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations is an important part of the role.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bulk hiring
  • Experience in hiring for blue-collar positions
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
