What You'll Do - Work with Customer Service, Marketing and Merchandising teams on setting quality processes and transaction audits
- Review customer service emails, voice calls and marketing and merchandising processes for adherence to defined quality parameters
- Analysis of quality scores & publish audit results to stakeholders.
- Identify problem areas doing root cause analysis, work on improvements and provide feedback and actionable data.
- Work with training on deploying interventions to address performance gaps
- Participate in new employee training and certification process
Education We'd love for you to have: - - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- - Certified atleast at the yellow belt level, and trained at Green belt level
Experience - 5 years' quality assurance experience in email and voice based B2C customer service environment
- Experience in Quality Assurance in a retail environment will be an added advantage
- Certified atleast at the yellow belt level, and trained at Green belt level
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and providing information with accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal skills
