Job description

Genesis BCW is looking for a Senior Account Executive, Content Strategy in Bengaluru with experience in the tech sector.

The individual must have experience leading campaigns that involve short and long form content across digital platforms. Experience with internal communications content will be a major advantage. The role will require campaign and content planning, content review, and campaign analytics. The ideal candidate will be able to translate technical information into creative, social media-friendly, multimedia content. Please note, the selected candidate will be based full-time out of our client's office and report to the Head of Integrated Communications and Design. Our client is a global leader in IT and enterprise software services.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help plan the digital & internal communications content strategy for various programs, events and projects.
• Help plan social media content and campaigns with the account team (including copywriters, designers, and media buyers)
• Help develop newsletters, websites, and other communication products.
• Distill work from research and practice, and other programmes and write content in an accessible language.
• Collaborate with multiple teams within the company to find engaging and compelling stories for internal and external stakeholders.
• Be thorough and meticulous in ensuring consistency in tonality in content, across channels (internal and external).
• Use data and analytics to make content recommendations.
• Prepare regular reports on content performance across various platforms.
• The role may require occasional travel for out-of-town events and projects.

Experience : 4+ years of work experience in content writing including a good understanding of software services sector and enterprise technology

Skills : Organized and an enterprising individual with a positive attitude. Can comfortably manage multiple simultaneous tasks with multiple stakeholders. Have a high thirst for knowledge and learning. Should possess strong communication skills – especially written, oral and presentation skills.
