Job Overview: The Retail Sales Operations Manager within the solar industry plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing retail sales operations for solar products and services. This role involves overseeing various aspects of retail sales operations, including sales strategies, team management, customer service, inventory management, and process improvement initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES: ●

Develop and implement retail sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets ●

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales expansion. ●

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and sales initiatives. ●

Recruit, train, and manage retail sales staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction. ●

Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. ●

Establish sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement incentive programs to motivate the sales team. ●

Foster a customer-centric culture within the retail sales team, emphasizing responsiveness, professionalism, and satisfaction. ●

Resolve escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner. ●

Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients. ●

Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability to meet customer demand. ●

Conduct regular inventory audits and implement measures to prevent shrinkage and loss. ●

Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs. ●

Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize sales operations. ●

Leverage technology solutions, such as CRM systems and sales analytics tools, to track performance metrics and drive data-driven decision-making. ●

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to sales operations. ●

Conduct quality assurance checks on products and services to maintain high standards of reliability and performance. ●

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal and compliance teams, to address any regulatory or compliance issues. REQUIRED SKILLS: ●

Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably in the solar industry or renewable energy sector. ●

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve sales objectives. ●

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ●

Proficiency in sales analytics, inventory management software, and CRM systems. ●

Knowledge of solar products, technologies, and industry trends. ●

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business requirements. ●
