Description
1- Oversee the technical aspects of the SAP VMS solution in Vehicle Logistics process, ensuring it aligns with business goals and manage the integration of SAP systems with the Vehicle Logistics system to enable smooth data flow. 2 - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand Vehicle Logistics requirements and translate them into IT initiatives. 3 -Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for IT Vehicle Logistics in alignment with overall business and IT strategies. 4 - Lead and manage a team of IT professionals dedicated to Vehicle Logistics, including developers, analysts, and administrators and foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the Vehicle Logistics IT team. 5 - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the user interface and overall user experience of the logistics process and Implement improvements to optimize the overall process. 6 -Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the SAP environment and keep Business informed about emerging technologies and trends in SAP to enhance platform capabilities 7- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Vehicle Logistics projects, Change Requests, Incidents & Service Requests and ensure the solutions are deployed with High quality and within agreed Timelines 8- Support in Implementing the analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of SAP solutions and Generate reports and insights to evaluate the success of SAP Vehicle Logistics initiatives 9-Ensure seamless integration between the SAP systems, such as SAP ERP, IS-AUTO (VMS/DBM), MM, Finance and Facilitate real-time data synchronization to provide accurate and up-to-date information 10-Implement security measures to protect customer data and ensure compliance with industry regulations and conduct regular security audits to identify and address vulnerabilities. 11- Promote a collaborative team environment and provide mentorship to junior-level analysts through continuous trainings, guidance and Team building activities 12- Ensure the maintenance of comprehensive documentation related to SAP configurations, customizations, and best practices including project milestones, issues, and resolutions. 9. Qualification/Education, Experience, and Skills: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science is required. Minimum Experience: 6 Years of relevant experience in IT/Consulting and 5 years of Experience in Automotive Industry. Functional/technical proficiency with at least 2 end to end SAP IS- Auto implementation and/or consulting experience and 3-4 Development/Rollout/Support projects of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) Job-Specific Skills: · In-Depth experience in SAP Vehicle Logistics solutions & integration with SAP IS-Auto / Core SAP business suite components (SAP MM, SD, FI, CRM)· Experience in all phases of SAP Vehicle Logistics projects, including design, realization, testing and go-live or similar exposure through maintenance and support activities. · Thorough understanding of Vehicle Processes which includes Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Sales & after sales. · Good exposure in working with both technical and business teams to resolve and reduce identified gaps and changes. · Lead the Vehicle Logistics Design sessions with business and technical teams leveraging SAP best practices and industry templates. · Domain expertise especially in Vehicle Logistics, Procurement and Sales Processes associated with complex projects for Automotive Importers and dealers. · Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously with Strong Project management and leadership skills. · Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiations skills, multi-cultural tolerance, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
