Role: Business Development Manager
Job Location: Mumbai/Delhi
Key Role:
- Digital Ad sales and building business for the agency including Performance marketing which includes all kind of digital performance campaign across categories of client.
- Digital Business building: Client who are looking to revamp their website, SEO solution, Mobile App, UI & UX part.
- Building strong relationship with the digital media planner across all the top-mid level digital agencies and get Branding/Performance marketing business.
- Building strategies for clients on how their digital business can be improved.
- Ecom client pitch to manage their complete Ecomm growth business which help to grow their revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Opportunity Identification.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and key industry players in India.
- Identify new business opportunities for the company.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management.
- Prospect and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target client organizations.
- Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business development goals and revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Partnership Development.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships that can enhance our market reach and drive business growth.
- Client Needs Analysis and Solution Presentation.
- Understand clients' specific needs, pain points, and objectives to tailor our solutions to their requirements.
- Present compelling value propositions and conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that align with clients' needs and showcase our strengths.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to the leadership team.
- Continuously analyze and improve sales strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience in the digital
- advertising or ad tech with a focus on the Indian Market.
- Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to engage with C-level executives and decision -makers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
