Qualification: Graduate/MBA
Skills: Excellent communication skills - written & oral, Good listening skills, Result Orientation, Ability to work in flexible schedule, convincing and good presentation skills, Good connects with Customers, relationship building with clients and team - Attend walking clients/brokers. - Give presentation to the clients/brokers. - Show sample flats, explain the entire project. - Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. - Encourage/Convince client for our project. - Maintain data/report of site visit in Excel. - Follow-ups from client regarding their decision. - Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships. - Attend meetings, and industry events. - Ensure constantly improving relationship experience with channel partners to ensure proper Lead Management & Follow-ups. - Staying informed on real estate industry. - Developing quotes and proposals. - Helping the team to reach targetsJob tags
