Roles & Responsibilities :
We are looking for a Lead/ Manager Talent Acquisition practitioner who has expertise in developing longterm recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Liaise with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through conventional & contemporary channels.
Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and in person interviews
Create strong talent pipelines for our companys current and future hiring needs.
Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Foster longterm relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Qualifications :
Masters degree with Min. 8 years recruitment experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goaloriented
Designation will be commensurate with expertise/experience.
