Marketing representative
Mr Qualification- graduation Experience - 6 Manth to 1 year. Location - IMT manesar Salary 15k to 20k To ensure that Quality Management System requirements are established, implemented & maintained in accordance with the requirements of API Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. To ensure the promotion of awareness of environment, health & safety requirements throughout the company by holding awareness programs, conducting meetings or displaying these requirements at appropriate locations. To identify and record any problem related to environment, health & safety management system and to resolve the same. Communication with external agencies related to Quality Management System. To be member of management review committee & shall be responsible for scheduling, preparation of agenda and minutes of management review meetings. Review, update and control of all QMS documents. Ensuring that 3rd and 4th level documents are properly organized To ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained. Assessing and identifying resources required to implement and maintain the QMS as per standard Ensuring companys quality policy is documented, understood, implemented and maintained at all levels. To organize internal audit and to ensure that timely actions are taken against observed non-conformities. To convey management review meetings at the stipulated intervals report the performance of quality system to top management. To report to top management on the performance of the quality management system and to suggest any need for improvement. Preparing risk assessment in consultation with Operations Manager and all process heads. Preparing contingency plan in consultation with Operations Manager and process heads.
