Role Description
• This is a full-time on-site role for a production manager in the textile industry
• The production manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process for garments, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of products.
• The production manager will also be responsible for managing a team of production supervisors and workers and will be expected to collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth production processes.
• Time study
• PPC (Production planning and control)
• Line balancing
• Experience of Line Assembly production and execution
• SAM Calculation of WORKWEAR GARMENTS
• Capable to handle all products
• Optimising efficiency and productivity with IE & Lean Approach
• Designing of work aids, attachments, etc to simplify the operations
• Calculation of consumption of trims like Thread, Drawcord etc..
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in the textile industry and production management is required.
• Excellent knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
• Strong leadership and management skills, including team management and conflict resolution.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with production planning ERP, tools, and software.
• Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities
