As a Software Quality Specialist, you will provide objective and independent assurance that work products and processes comply with the customer expectations and internal provisions.
Our Team You will work in an international team with team members in India and Germany. The team is closely collaborating with design centers globally. Due to new tasks and projects the team is growing, and you will have the opportunity to bring in your expertise.
What You Will Do - Create a strategy to ensure that quality goals of a project are achieved.
- Perform independent assurance of the quality of the work products.
- Organize and conduct internal ASPICE Assessment or in collaboration with the customer to ensure process quality.
- Collect relevant KPIs.
- Act on deviations and follow up on the corrective actions.
- Closely communicate with the customer and the project team.
- Coach the team in SW Quality related matters.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Bachelor Degree in SW Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related area
- Certification as intacs Provisional Assessor Automotive SPICE
- 5 years proven experience in SW- or System-Engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups
What Will Put You Ahead - Certification as intacs Competent Assessor Automotive SPICE
- Good understanding of the requirements of Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
- Good understanding of the requirements of Cybersecurity (ISO 21434)
- Good understanding of agile methods (e.g. SCRUM)
- Experience in HW Engineering
