Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in Java , Spring Boot , RESTful web services , and MongoDB .
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- A deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best development practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and guide junior developers.
