Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager at Luman Automotive. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting and leading a team of sales executives, meeting revenue targets, and developing and executing sales plans for the company's products in a geographic region. The role involves travelling to various cities for customer meeting and building a strong business relationship with them.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of sales experience in the spare parts and lubricant industry with at least 5 years of sales experience and 2 years of team management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of sales executives.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to travel frequently to various cities and work with cross-functional teams
