Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Agent located in Ahmedabad. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will be required to identify clients' needs and preferences, provide advice on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters, and ensure a smooth and successful transaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of the real estate market in Ahmedabad
• Ability to network and build relationships with clients, brokers, builders, and other industry professionals
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and tech-savviness
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable but not required.
