Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at Accurate Group of Institutions located in Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding and counselling students for programs in B.TECH MBA PGDM BBA BCA & BCOM (H). He / She will be handling all students queries who are aspirants for respective programs by providing information about courses offered by the Institute, conducting admissions interviews, and following up with prospective students. The Admissions Counselor will also be responsible for achieving admission targets and coordinating with other departments within the Institute, as and when required. Lead Conversion will be the main focus.

Qualifications

EDUCATION SECTOR EXPERIENCE WILL BE PREFERRED

• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in counselling of students
• Experience in education or admission counseling
• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Education, Business, or Sales)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in career guidance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and meet targets
