Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in New Delhi. The Office Manager will run the day-to-day operations of the office, overseeing administrative tasks, managing office equipment and supplies, and providing excellent customer service.
- Finance and Accounting - manage and prepare expense reports, annual budget, quarterly forecast and financial analysis.
- Office Management - maintain and upkeep office equipment and furniture, organize repairs and upgrades, ensure payment of utility bills
- Vendor Management - liaison with the suppliers and service providers; involve in vendor selection, contract negotiation, service quality control, contract signing or renewal (travel agency, hotels, office equipment companies, rental car)
- Human Resources - help to arrange interviews, process work permit, residence permit and travel visa; assist in the on-boarding process for new hires; administer benefits plans; HR records update and maintenance for annual leave and other employee data
- Daily Operations - order and maintain office supplies, troubleshoot computer and systems problems, liaise with IT specialists to resolve problems; manage corporate card and company stamp.
- Document Management - Assist the team in formatting and preparing Word and PowerPoint documents and printing Excel files. Experience of framing and vetting legal documents would be an advantage.
- Communications – work closely with the regional teams of HR, finance, compliance, legal IT, to make sure corporate standards and policies are followed in India office

Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- 6 to 8 years of solid commercial experience gained from a MNC or large Corporate as an Office Manager.
- Strong familiarity with Word and PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong knowledge of office administration
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency , and attention to detail
- Possess a can-do and positive attitude
- Flexible, service-oriented and a strong team player
- Independent and mature
- Proactive with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Calm under stress and is able to juggle multiple tasks / priorities and to deal with ambiguity by making good judgment in different situations
- Strong time management skills
- Accounting background or knowledge will be an advantage
- Experience with Tender submission will be an advantage
