Job Title: HR/TA Associate

Job Type: Full Time/ Onsite (Trichy)

Shift Timing

Male: 1 PM IST – 10 PM IST

Female:12 PM IST - 9 PM IST

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process.
  • Conducting exit interviews on relieving employees in US/India.
  • Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements such as finance. HR, operations business development, Java, Net Oracle SAP. Embedded. Linux U NIX, HTML. DHTM L and XML. Etc.
  • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements Arranging telephone, video or in-person interviews.
  • Performing background and reference checks.
  • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Forecasting recruitment budgets.
  • Administering appropriate company assessments.
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Communicating company information and benefits during the screening process.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR-related laws regulations, legal precedents, and compliance- related issues.
  • Knowledge of the principles of safety compliance.
  • Research talent acquisition trends in the industry and proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.

Qualifications

  • MBA Degree in Human Resources.
  • 1-5 years of experience as HR in the staffing industry.
  • Expert in University Recruiting.
  • Have strong computer skills. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook to prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
