Job Title: HR/TA Associate
Job Type: Full Time/ Onsite (Trichy)
Shift Timing Male: 1 PM IST – 10 PM IST
Female:12 PM IST - 9 PM IST
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process.
- Conducting exit interviews on relieving employees in US/India.
- Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements such as finance. HR, operations business development, Java, Net Oracle SAP. Embedded. Linux U NIX, HTML. DHTM L and XML. Etc.
- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements Arranging telephone, video or in-person interviews.
- Performing background and reference checks.
- Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
- Forecasting recruitment budgets.
- Administering appropriate company assessments.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Communicating company information and benefits during the screening process.
- Up-to-date knowledge of HR-related laws regulations, legal precedents, and compliance- related issues.
- Knowledge of the principles of safety compliance.
- Research talent acquisition trends in the industry and proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
Qualifications - MBA Degree in Human Resources.
- 1-5 years of experience as HR in the staffing industry.
- Expert in University Recruiting.
- Have strong computer skills. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook to prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
