Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Co-Founder role. The Co-Founder will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the company, developing and executing strategic plans, overseeing marketing and sales, leading and motivating a team of professionals, and maintaining great relationships with employees, partners and clients. S/he must be a passionate, humble and a level-headed entrepreneur who loves to take up challenges at every moment of the day.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales and marketing experience
- Experience in conducting research, analyzing data, and developing insights
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong business acumen
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience in the education sector and/or accounting industry is a plus
