Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at G-Global. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing on-ground marketing initiatives targeting parents and students, driving positive walk-ins, converting leads into consumers, and maintaining a proactive approach to achieve sales targets. We are looking for someone who can think out of the box and bring innovative strategies to the table.
Responsibilities: • Develop and implement on-ground marketing strategies to effectively reach parents and students. • Identify and execute opportunities to generate positive walk-ins through various promotional activities and events. • Manage leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into consumers through effective communication and sales techniques. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and impactful marketing materials and campaigns. • Maintain a proactive approach to identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead in the market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Provide regular reports and updates on sales and marketing activities to the management team. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the education sector. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies. • Proactive and results-oriented mindset. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. • Willingness to travel as required.
