Role : Operations Manager
Overview of the position: The role involves significant interactions with external as well as internal stakeholders. The role requires the candidate to help partners with any support they need during onboarding and subsequent business. Skills : Product experience, Problem Solving, Sales, Stakeholder Management, Empathy for suppliers and customers, Strong communication skills and executive presence, Ability to work with and influence all levels of the organization (and) outside the organization as well, 8+ years of experience in Bank/NBFC, MBA in Information Systems from a B-School of repute or a Computer Science/IT degree, A degree in Operations Management or Finance from an institute of repute is preferred. Responsibilities: Developing and supporting Bank/NBFC relationships. Develop consumer-oriented solutions for the business basis inputs from Banks/NBFC partners. Partnering with Banks/NBFCs’ product teams to resolve any product or service-related concerns. Monitor key KPI trends to analyse partner success factors and improvement areas. Implementing vendor onboarding programs and ensuring that the Banks/NBFC partners have a smooth experience. Preparing material for interactions with prospective partners and pitching them the benefits of onboarding the business platform. Evaluating partner SOPs and onboarding programs and identifying ways to improve them on a continuous basis.
