Job description
Job Title: TELE MARKETING / TELE CALLING EXECUTIVES
Location: Preferably Mumbai or Ahmedabad. Hybrid working is available.
Responsibilities:
· Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service. - Database will be provided
· Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
· Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
· Taking and processing orders
· Facilitating companies' sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota.
· Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information in CRM
Requirements:
· Proven experience in tele calling or sales.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Goal-oriented and team player.
· Basic computer skills.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Dynamic work environment.
Languages: Hindi and English are must. Marathi and Gujrati are preferable.
Education:
· Bachelor's degree preferable
Experience:
0 to 2 years in the relevant field
