We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Junior Operations Associate. This entrylevel position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with limited experience who are looking to kickstart their career in operations.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist in daytoday operational tasks including but not limited to data entry documentation and administrative support.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels tracking shipments and organizing stock.
Support in managing vendor relationships and coordinating orders.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity within the operations department.
Handle inquiries and provide assistance to internal stakeholders regarding operational matters.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
**Requirements:**
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
Prior internship or work experience in operations or a related field is a plus but not required.
