Job description:Â
- Responsible for day-to-day tasks including appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and medical office administration
- Be the first point-of-contact for patients, ensuring smooth front office operations
- Efficiently manage electronic medical records and other software programs
Qualification & Eligibility:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree + Diploma/Certification in Healthcare AdministrationÂ
- Prior experience as a medical receptionist or equivalent position of 2+ years is must
- Proactive approach - doesn't wait for orders but take up required work proactively
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medical office administration
- Phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
