Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all online marketing strategies, including social media marketing, lead generation, marketing automation, web analytics, and other digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns and initiatives that will drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Performance Marketing Skills
• Marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing
• Experience in Web Analytics and analysis of web traffic metrics
• Digital marketing experience, including SEO, SEM, PPC, content creation, and email marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights in complex data sets
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the Beauty and Skincare industry is a plus
