Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Signzy, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth objectives. We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in SaaS, specifically in non-tech hiring. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and play a key role in the success of our Talent Acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, specializing in non-tech hiring within the SaaS domain.
• Strategic Partnering:
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their unique hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Talent Pipeline Building:
• Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs in non-tech roles within the SaaS industry.
• Employer Branding:
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation in the job market, particularly within the SaaS sector.
• Data-driven Approach:
• Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with non-tech hiring requirements in SaaS.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on non-tech roles within the SaaS industry.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring candidates across various levels and functions in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with Bangalore's talent market and industry trends.
