Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products
- Ensure smooth and efficient workflow by coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excesses
- Manage and optimize warehouse layout, ensuring maximum space utilization
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and perform regular audits
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Assist in the development and execution of warehouse strategies to meet business goals
