Job description
Handle product training sessions for branch staff at Regional Learning centres.
Visit Branches which need special attention in terms of productivity.
Handhold employees with low PSC scores and motivate them to improve.
Function in alignment with the vision of the management.
Attend training programs organized by MMA periodically to cater to the training needs of the staff.
Daily MIS reports related to Regional trainings conducted to be forwarded to MMA.
Work in cohesion with Regional leadership in improving productivity of Branches.
