Job description
1)Execute the CAD tasks (2D+ 3D) in CATIA V5.
2)Experience in BIW, Sheet metal design, Master Sections.
3)Basic Knowledge in Sheetmetal Forming ,Assembly Sequencing and Tolerancing (GD&T),
4) Interaction with Trim or Vehicle integration for integration.
5)Benchmarking study for BIW
6)Follow processes, standards, guidelines and meet quality
7)Ensure daily delivery targets for the given tasks.
8)Follow defined methodology for creation of the CAD models and drawings.
9)Understand customer requirements, clarify inputs and perform the tasks accordingly.
10)Maintain current CAD file management practices.
B.E. = 4-5 YEARS
Diploma = 6-8 years
BE / Diploma In Mechanical /Automobile Engineering
Good Knowledge of
1)Sheetmetal Design.
2)Sheet metal Manufacturing Process.
3) BIW Welding Process
4) GD&T
5)CATIS V5 & TEAM Centre
