General Summary:

The ConnectWise Business Knowledge Specialist provides troubleshooting assistance related to the ConnectWise Business Suite Platform. These professionals must be great communicators and be able to translate their software knowledge into actionable direction. When they don't have an answer, they know how to research the problem and come up with a solution.

Educational Qualification -

Bachelor's degree required.

Mandatory /Preferred/Requirement

. Should be able to converse, chat, compose emails in fluent English Language.

. Excellent Communication skills

. Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously.

. Excellent listening and communications skills, both verbal and written

. Strong customer relationship skills

. Knowledge of the IT, Professional Services, CRM or ERP markets is preferred

. Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate through email

. Problem-solving abilities and the ability to meet reasonable deadlines

. Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships.

Job Description -

. Work directly with partners to answer questions about any of our supported software in a professional and courteous manner meeting departmental goals

. Research questions using documentation, other colleagues and other forms of communication to find answers for the partner

. Train and review on all areas of the software application we support and keep up to date on new information as needed

. Identify and escalate situations requiring support from senior resources and/or technical support and development

. Communicate with Team Leads and Managers regarding any trending issues that they notice

. Contribute to KCS (Internal Tool) by creating articles, coaching colleagues and/or reviewing existing articles for accuracy.
