- Monitor and assess the academic performance of students
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate academic programs with extracurricular activities
- Coordinate parent-teacher conferences and communicate with parents regarding academic progress
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in education
- Conduct periodic evaluations and assessments to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic plans and initiatives for academic growth
