Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary. The Company Secretary will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing board meetings and shareholder communication, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining corporate records. The Company Secretary will also be responsible for providing advice to the board of directors on corporate governance and compliance matters.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of corporate law, governance, and compliance
• Experience in managing board meetings and shareholder communication
• Ability to manage confidential information and maintain discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus
• Professional certification as a Company Secretary is strongly preferred
