Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and organized Operations Executive to oversee the operational aspects of our client in hospitality services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient daytoday operations of resorts restaurants and the hospitality business.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort restaurants and hospitality business.
- Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.
- Continuously monitor and analyze operational processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Oversee and manage the operational budget ensuring responsible allocation of resources to meet operational needs while adhering to financial targets.
- Make datadriven decisions to optimize resource utilization and minimize wastage.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Lead process improvement initiatives working crossfunctionally with other departments to drive changes and enhance overall performance.
- Ensure that all operational activities adhere to company standards industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to deliver products or services of the highest standard.
- Identify potential risks in operational processes and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Proactively address issues and develop contingency plans to maintain continuity in critical operations.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements relevant to the industry and incorporate suitable systems and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to contribute to the development of the organizations strategic plans and objectives.
- Ensure that operational plans align with the overall corporate strategy.
- Provide strong leadership to the operations team including managers and staff. Foster a positive and high performance work culture set clear performance expectations and facilitate professional growth and development.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors suppliers and business partners
- Continuously assess and improve the quality of products and services offered by the hotel and hospitality business.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or IHM Degree
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
