Experience – 1 to 4 years
HR Recruiter Responsibilities:
• Filling positions of our clients
• Handling of administration and record-keeping.
• Develop recruitment plans.
• Developing own network of candidates.
• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
• Drafting and posting job descriptions.
• Interviewing candidates.
• Networking with various institutions and social media.
HR Recruiter Requirements:
• Any Graduate ( BBA or MBA preferred)
• Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
