EIR @ UL - 3 Major Pillars at UL for EIR role

- Optimization of travel amp; events
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and collaborate all activities on behalf of the CEO.
- Conduct Regular Audits and follow-ups with Functional areas of org -Make operations at the org level smoother. Raise red flag
- Facilitate Internal as well as external communication on behalf of the CEO
- Optimize for Travels amp; meetups, events for Founder's travel, back it up with Research amp; meeting pointers (Especially on the demand and supply side)
- BD outreach on behalf of the Founder, constantly looking for Podcasts, New age media, Brand building opportunities for storytelling
- Competitive analysis from time to time, getting pulse check of market trends, data, insights, driving report making
- Supporting founders in Partnership proposals, decks, setting contexts, driving the agenda of the meetings
- Helping amp; assisting founders with regular amp; consistent follow-ups over email threads
- Expediting innovative ideas, trends adaptability, syncing over AI tools amp; their adaption amp; experimentation
- Looking after personal amp; SM Branding for Founder amp; Org - storytelling, as EIR aligns their mindset, vision amp; lingo with the founder
- Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision-making and raise red flags if any.
- Simplify amp; ease - interdepartmental communications
- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance.
- Participate regularly with the Executive Management Team to discuss business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions.
- Attend executive meetings and deliver progress reports, MOM to CEO and senior management team. (Board meetings), that helps with specific action plans further
- Assess inquiries directed to the CEO, determine the proper course of action, and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage.
- Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently, and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved.
- Act as a project manager for high-level, cross-functional projects as assigned by the CEO, perform regular audits and prepare reports amp; dashboards.
- - Build and maintain relationships across all departments/functions in order to influence outcomes; strengthen leadership teamwork and foster long-term partnerships that are critical to the organization's success.
- - Assume and supervise business operations and all day-to-day responsibilities for projects and tasks ensuring the business plan is being executed within budget and given deadlines.
- Oversee all areas associated with the administration of planning, management of staff benefits plan, hiring, and freshers amp; resource onboarding.(Conduct IVs on behalf of founders after some time)
- Conduct annual performance reviews, productivity, and efficiency.
- Help in Internal projects lay down requirements, and drive them as an end user.
- Create healthy funnels and pipelines for the talent supply chain
- The successful candidate must have the following experience and talents :
- Time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- - Leadership - Broad exposure to Human Resources, Operations, and Marketing.
- - Excellent managerial, organizational, leadership, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinker who can plan, organize, execute, and report ideas and results.
- Experience working with an executive team to drive an organization forward in a start-up, entrepreneurial environment.
