Job Description:
As a Study Visa Counselor , you will play a crucial role in helping students realize their dreams of studying abroad. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert guidance to students on study visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation.
- Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' aspirations and academic backgrounds.
- Keeping abreast of the latest updates in immigration policies and study visa regulations for various countries.
- Collaborating with universities and educational institutions to stay informed about course offerings, admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities.
- Assisting students in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, educational institutions, and relevant authorities.
- Go through with the preference form provided by the receptionist.
- Update candidates regarding Offer Letter, COE on same day.
- Counselor must update CRM on daily basis and mention remarks as well on priority.
- Counselor must use Cash Receipt format while receiving any monetary transaction from the client.
- After Enrollment counselor must coordinate with admission team and allocate the cases.
- Counselor must have the knowledge about the eligibility criteria of all
- the applied countries as per their respective colleges.
- Manage record regarding the passports of the student. (Keep all the record in a register)
- Fill up the MOU by the candidates.
- Do not make any fake commitment and don't provide any surety to candidate.
- Counselor's case Conversion must be 40%.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Study Visa Counselor.
- In-depth knowledge of study visa processes for popular study destinations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with educational systems and requirements of different countries.
