The Revenue Head will be pivotal in driving our agency's growth from the comfort of their home. This role is tailor-made for those who excel in building lasting relationships within the coaching and consulting sectors and have a flair for closing deals. The ideal candidate should also have a dedicated and professional setup for video calls to ensure smooth and effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Build and nurture robust relationships with leads and potential clients from the coaching and consulting sectors.

2. Articulate the unique benefits of our services, with an emphasis on webinars and workshops.

3. Spearhead deal closures by matching our offerings with client needs.

4. Collaborate with our marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

5. Stay updated on industry trends to refine and communicate our value proposition effectively.

6. Achieve and surpass monthly and annual revenue targets.

**Qualifications:**

1. Demonstrable success in sales and revenue generation, preferably in the digital marketing or coaching industries.

2. Comprehensive understanding of the coaching sector and the mechanics of webinars and workshops.

3. Outstanding relationship-building skills.

4. High proficiency in CRM tools and sales technologies.

5. A dedicated and professional video call setup for seamless virtual interactions.
