Hiring for Solution Analyst
Please find below the Job Description and Company details Designation : Solution Analyst Overall responsibilities:
• Identify business requirements and ensure its' completeness and coverage with gap analysis with
respective SME across the group.
• Align functional requirements with solution architect are adhere to enterprise architecture strategy
on building towards composable enterprise.
• Provide functional requirements to technology development teams to develop technical
specification and validate the deliverable are aligning to business requirements.
• Define test plans, scenarios and manage functionality to ensure deliverables are adhere to business
requirements.
• Maintain necessary documents and repository to facilitate delivery and necessarily review with
internal audit team.
• Facility changes and updates on business requirements to delivery team and work with delivery
manager on its impact.
• Keep up to date on business landscape changes and technology advancement and work with
architect and engineer to continuously modernize BaaS platform.
Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors
Technical Skills:
• Strong grasp of non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, security, and
compliance.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying and resolving complex
technical issues and architectural challenges.
• Expertise in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
• In-depth knowledge of IT architecture, infrastructure, microservices, high-volume transactions,
and cloud development.
• Proficiency in coding languages with hands-on experience (Java preferred).
• In-depth understanding and practical skills in utilizing the Spring framework.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automation, cloud services (RedHat OpenShift Container
Platform preferred).
• Comprehensive knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL databases, and distributed inmemory caches (MongoDB preferred).
• Expertise in DevOps practices and a deep understanding of various operating systems.
• Proficiency in collaboration frameworks such as Jira and Git.
Soft Skills:
• Problem solver and critical thinker based on the first principles.
• Passionate about cultivating simplicity within system architecture by constructing useful
abstractions and models to avoid over-engineering
