About our client:
A global leader in the BPO sector offering world-class CX and Service Centres at all their locations. The service industries include e-commerce, Retail, Food Delivery, and Technology.
This role requires the job holder to conduct all working hours on site, from their Mumbai office.
Package negotiable depending on experience.
Package: 2.35M Rupee Per Annum
Qualifications and experience:
- Matric or grade 12 (with ‘C’ grade or higher in first language English)
- Bachelor's degree in Communication or related (English)
- 2-3 years’ experience in an Internal Communications and Engagement role
- Experience working in digital communication tools
- Experience in graphic design and digital artworks
- High personal reliability.
- Highly developed skills in writing, reading, and speaking in English.
- Presentational and email writing skills.
- Diligence and thoroughness, an eye for detail.
- Fairness, transparency, and honesty.
- A demonstrably robust understanding of operational and cultural practice in all of their global locations particularly Dhaka and Johannesburg.
- Energised, determined, high personal achievement orientation.
- An advocate for change, service assurance, and people development.
- An evidential “people's person”; great engagement skills, positively acknowledged and respected by peers.
- A self-starter and capable of working with limited direction.
- The job holder will need flexibility in their hours and days of work to mirror shifts being undertaken in the trial team. For this reason, a very small degree of working during unsociable hours may be required. The job holder is not expected to work more than their contracted hours each week, however.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Reasonable personal resilience.
Responsibilities
Your work will directly contribute to our client achieving their long-term ambitions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering the objective of the internal communication and engagement function
- Creating and distributing daily business communication updates.
- Gathering feedback and questions from staff
- Distilling complex information into easy to understand communications
- Coordinating staff engagement events.
- Coordinating and hosting leadership workshops.
- Delivering communication strategies for learning.
- Fostering engagement and dialogue in the company.
- Group emails.
- Newsletters.
- Video and voice messages.
- Microsites
- Video channels.
- Engaging with groups, stakeholders, and leaders in different geographies to capture new information of value to their staff
- Creating and following a monthly communications plan
