Assess the current state finance function performance and capabilities of client organizations - Understand and design finance processes, and recommend improvement opportunities around process efficiencies and internal controls - Work closely with client representatives to build a consensus on the future state of the finance function and secure buy-in from all relevant stakeholders - Actively contribute in business development proposals, solution, diagnostics etc - Provide Solution inputs, Des
Technical Experience: -
Oracle Cloud Financial Functional Experience Must have: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset, Cash Management, General Ledger - Expense Management, PPM, FAH, Revenue Management experiences are nice to have - Good knowledge of interaction of Finance areas with SCM and HCM areas - Must be thorough with Intercompany, Sub Ledger Accounting, Taxation Budgeting processes
Professional Attributes : - Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to work under pressure - Self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands - Excellent trouble-shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving - Astute customer orientation
