Job description

Position : Accounts Payable Coordinator.

Fresh graduates in Business, Accounting, or Engineering are welcome to apply.

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for taking care of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

Responsibilities :

· Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

· Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.

· Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.

· Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.

· Generate reports detailing accounts payables status.

· Understand expense accounts and cost centers.

· Participates and assists other departments as needed.

· Timely completion of projects and tasks as assigned.

Competences :

· Superior communication skills, verbal and written; effective interpersonal skills sufficient to build positive, productive, and effective professional working relationships, with vendors.

· Extreme attention to detail and analytical skills.

· Strong personal organization skills and ability to prioritize and execute work tasks.

· Advanced computer skills including strong Microsoft Office Skills.

· Ability to work in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced working environment.

Qualifications :

· Four-year degree in Business, Accounting, or Engineering is preferred.

· Electronics or PCB production knowledge is preferred.

· Recent college graduates welcome.

· Microsoft Office especially in Excel is required; commuter skills are required.

Note: Working hours 4 PM-1 AM Night shift.
