Job description
1. Responsible for administration & safe operation of the factory. 2. Responsible for various processes in the unit including Unit Management, Production and Unit Projects. 3. Ensuring strict adherence and compliances to all statutory and regulatory standards. 4. Ensuring effective implementation and sustenance of all ISO/Food Safety Standard requirements. 5. Implementation of initiatives like Total Productive Maintenance/5S, Kaizen etc 6. Plant P&L, overall responsibility for plant commercial activities 7. Effective management of the product cost by implementing various cost reduction methods 8.Leading / motivating teams ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company 9. Maintaining harmony and industrial relations in Unit 10. Maintain cordial, balanced relationship with surrounding communities & government officials. 11. Ensure quality norms laid down by the organization is strictly followed at all levels of production.
