As a Senior Non-Tech Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts
Your responsibilities will involve sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent with 4-6 years of experience in the technology sector
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their requirements, and executing the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure a seamless hiring process
You will be working on:
Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social networks, and industry events, to identify and attract top technical talent.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical interviews, assess technical skills, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
Offer Management: Work with HR and hiring managers to create and extend competitive job offers.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities.
We are looking for:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 6 years of non-tech recruiting experience.
Strong knowledge of non tech roles and skillsets.
Worked in SaaS based / Product based companies.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
