Roles & Responsibilities: Continuous learning and upskilling in the EdTech industry. Upskill in the domains such as AI, ML, Data Science, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Leadership Marketing & Advertising, Coding, etc. Understand the nature of sales in EdTech industry Develop core competencies in the domains and train the sales teams with effective program pitches Conduct effective TNI with Sales teams and Core Training team to build and develop content Work with cross-functional teams to build, re-build and streamline the product trainings Develop strategies for Sales teams to deliver various programs under same domain Address challenges and concerns for Sales teams around the programs Handle on-boarding training batches for the Sales team Work with HR, Ops and Management to ensure high-quality sessions are delivered Build and upskill in the instructional design process Execute innovation and interactive Training sessions. Address queries while handling objections using strategic and critical thinking Work on building Training plans to upskill the sales team. Perform Training Need Identification (TNI) models, monitor performance, build strategies to deliver content effectively. Upskill and deliver ‘concept Training’ in a significant manner Present Business Intelligence reports Assist in building Business strategies for growth

Key Skills and Qualifications: Three or more years of professional related experience Graduation from an accredited college or university; or a level of education that, together with experience and training, enables the applicant to demonstrate the required knowledge and experience Organizational skills & time management Adaptability skills Learning agility with critical thinking Coach & develop teams Learning Management System (LMS) knowledge Presentation skills – content creation & delivery People management Growth mindset Conflict resolution Decision Making Crowd Management

Good to have – Knowledge in the Instructional design process & experience in using tools like Articulate
