Role Description
This is a full-time Executive role located on-site in Jalandhar, India. The Executive will be responsible for managing and supervising day-to-day operations in the company, ensuring that each department is operating efficiently and effectively. The Executive will set targets for growth, develop and implement business strategies, ensure that the company is meeting its financial goals, and work with other senior executives to identify new business opportunities and improve existing operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise employees to meet organizational goals
- Experience in the food industry or supply chain management is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and financial targets
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
