Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager - IT Staffing. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strategies to increase the company's client base, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Business Development Manager will also work with recruiters to identify suitable candidates for staffing positions, negotiate and close deals, and ensure that all staffing needs are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development in the IT staffing industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop strategies, set targets, and achieve them
• Ability to understand client's needs and match them with suitable staffing candidates
• Knowledge of recruitment, staffing, and employment laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience working with diverse teams and multicultural clients
