Job description
- Lead ing the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform , and Azure
- Review ing and develop ing technical designs to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality, performance , and scalability
- Actively participat ing in SCRUM ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, providing constructive suggestions and inputs
- Coordinat ing with internal stakeholders to ensure the product is aligned with Anthology s technical and business goals
- Develop ing and maintain ing the technical solution documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows
- Provid ing guidance to team members on the use of existing and new technology giving details on the best practices, maintainability, security , etc
- Stay ing up to date with latest trends and technologies in software development with specific focus on Dynamics 365 and Azure and shar ing knowledge and insights to the team
Required skills/qualifications:
- 11-15 years of experience in software development
- At least 5 years of relevant experience developing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.Net Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and secure code
- Expert understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and best practices
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud, including Azure and Power Platform
- Knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and architectures, and the ability to apply them to complex and scalable software solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with Cloud Development and Enterprise Web Applications
- Experience working in integration of Dynamics with external Enterprise systems
- Experience with Azure DevOps (or TFS) and Git source management
- Certification in Azure or Dynamics 365 or related technologies
