Job description

- Hiring experienced candidates in Life insurance- BANCA.

- Minimum 1-2 year experience in life insurance- BANCA.

- We are hiring Business Development Managers who will be Frontline Sales staff responsible to drive business.

- Each BDM is assigned approx.. 4-5 branches in the surrounding area of one's base location offered, where the BDM need to develop and grow business through effective relationship management with Bank officials and Bank customers.

- This is a target-based job.

- All the training, support and leads required to achieve the assigned targets will be provided by the company.
