Job Description
- Food Vendor Management | Build, lead and manage different food vendor
- Supply Chain Management
- Build, lead and manage a team of Operation Executives who are responsible for generating running & Sales in the FMCG sector, especially in Hospitals, Big Apartments, Public Sector viz Railway, Airport, Bus corporation etc.
- Train, mentor your team members on skills, product knowledge, customer service
- Coordinate with the management and product teams to align operation and sales strategies and goals with the company's vision and mission
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the FMCG sector and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software to manage sales data and reports. And have good knowledge of online marketing channels
