Providing expert guidance and insights to clients regarding tax implications, as well as navigating regulatory requirements such as FEMA including ODI, OPI, FDI Leading the team in developing effective transaction structures that align with both tax optimization and regulatory compliance. Conducting and overseeing comprehensive research including fintech / techfin framework by RBI Ensuring the regular updating of knowledge management databases with the latest industry updates, regulations, and best practices. Facilitating knowledge sharing across teams by actively communicating tax and industry updates, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Encouraging creative problem-solving and innovative thinking within the team, and identifying opportunities for value-added services to clients. What are the key requirements for the role? Qualified Chartered Accountant Post-qualification work experience of 0-2 years with similar working experience Must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad immediately for the long-term In-depth understanding of tax regulations and familiarity with key regulatory bodies like FEMA, RBI and SEBI. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tally Excellent Communication Skills. An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, take calculated risks, and drive impactful solutions for clients.Job tags
