Position: Instrument Lead
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience: 12 -25 years
Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech - Instrument/Electronics
Job Responsibilities:
Thorough knowledge of Instrumentation Engineering comprising relevant codes and standards for Sizing, selection of Control Systems, Special Instrument Systems, Field Instruments, and Instrument Bulks etc.
§ Shall be adequately knowledgeable with entire gamut of Instrumentation Engineering comprising Control Systems e.g. DCS/ESD/F&G/ Sub control system PLCs etc, Special Instruments like Analysers, Machine, and temperature monitoring systems.
§ Procurement engineering – MR, TBE, VDR etc. for control systems – DCS, ESD & FGS.
§ Shall have skill set in procurement engineering – Preparation of DS, MR, TBE, VDR etc. for Inline as well as offline Instruments.
§ Shall have experience in sizing and selection of Field Instruments: Pressure, Flow, Temperature, and Level measuring sensors, transmitters, Meters.
§ Shall have experience in Control / Shutdown and Safety valve Sizing and selection.
§ Shall have skill set in design documents like Hook up drawings, installation drawings, Instrument location layouts, cable tray layouts.
§ Shall have experience in JB grouping, JB wiring, cable schedule, Bulk MTO.
§ Shall have experience in design norms of Control Rooms and its equipment Layout.
§ Shall have exposure in Hazardous area classification and associated design requirements.
§ Experience in package engineering like compressor.
§ Exposure in Telecommunication system like CCTV, PAGA etc.
§ Participates in the HAZOP/HAZID/SIL studies, Design & Technical reviews and progress review of projects.
